Holy Cross of Davao College is working to extend its present boundaries – academically, physically and spiritually. As it moves forward, it remains rooted in the tradition of its founders and their successors. It is a center of Catholic formation for young men and women as it lives out the commitment of the RVM Sisters, the PME Fathers and the Archdiocese of Davao. The revival of Holy Cross of Davao College is not a single event but a continuing process integral to its Administration, Research, Instruction, Spirituality, and Engagement (ARISE). These shall be the pillars and the guiding principles behind the mission, formation, and action of Holy Cross of Davao College. Holy Cross of Davao College has opened its doors – a renewed, revitalized, and restructured institution ready to serve the community.

Holy Cross of Davao College History

Holy Cross of Davao College is a Catholic educational institution founded to provide quality, faith-centered education to the community. Established in 1951 by the Religious of the Virgin Mary (RVM) Sisters as an annex of Immaculate Conception College in Sta. Ana, it later became Holy Cross Academy of Davao in 1955–1956. The institution was further developed by the PME Fathers (1957–1976) and is currently administered by the Archdiocese of Davao, which continues to expand its legacy. Today, it stands as one of the leading colleges in Davao City, offering accessible and quality Catholic education to students from the city and nearby provinces.

Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)

Grounded on the school’s vision to form selfless stewards who are engaged in building a more humane world, the Holy Cross of Davao College embarks on initiatives and programs anchored to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the United Nations (UN). In synodality with the teachings of the Catholic Church, the integration of the SDG to the services and activities of the school is anchored on its commitment to form persons who will become effective agents of social transformation to advance its completion by 2030.
